What are the prices displayed on the site?
The prices displayed on the site correspond, generally, to the price of a product package, which can be 3, 5 or 6 pieces for each color of the product. You will be able to see the unit price on the page of each product.

Who can order from Farfalla Joy's?
Our website is only for fashion professionals with at least one physical point of sale. In order for you to access the prices of our products, you must create an account with your SIRET or SIREN number so that our team can validate your registration as soon as possible.

Is it possible to view products or receive product samples to gauge quality before placing an order?
If you are able to travel, we invite you to come directly to our showroom to familiarize yourself with the different qualities, colors and collections in our catalog. Furthermore, we are not able to send samples.

What is the minimum purchase to be respected?
The minimum purchase on our online sales site is €100 excluding VAT. This minimum purchase applies to your entire order.

Are the items in my cart reserved?
Until your order is paid, the products are not reserved. Even if added to your cart, their availability may vary. In case of stock shortage, they will automatically be unavailable to finalize your order.

Are the prices of the clothes the same as in the Farfalla Joy's showroom?
Unless there is an exceptional discount, the prices displayed on the site are identical to the prices we sell our clothes at in our showroom.

What if no carrier is available for my delivery address?
If none of our carriers are available for your country, we offer to make your order available in our showroom. You can call on a carrier, or indicate your usual carrier, who will take care of your order as well as the costs. If you do not have a carrier, do not hesitate to contact us before, or after the validation of your order, and we will do our best to find you a carrier.
